Around 8:08 p.m. Saturday, a Trooper with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency attempted to stop a driver on a motorcycle on Cobbs Ford Road in Prattville.
ALEA says the driver refused to stop and a chase ensued.
The chase continued onto I-65 South and went into the city limits of Montgomery before ending near the 2800 block of Springfield Drive.
From there, the driver, identified as 27-year-old Jacob Hutchinson, of Lawley, exited the motorcycle and began running on foot.
