7 Brew drive-thru coffee shop opens first Montgomery location

A ribbon cutting has been held for the first 7 Brew coffee shop in Montgomery.

The drive-thru coffee shop has opened at Festival Plaza, 7915 Vaughn Road, near Taylor Road.

The coffee shop sells various coffee, energy drinks, teas and more.

The name 7 Brew comes from its original coffees when it opened its first store in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017. It now has more than 300 locations across the country, with 19 in Alabama.

In our area, 7 Brew has a location in Millbrook and one is under construction on Zelda Road in Montgomery.

“We want to be known for three things: obviously cultivating kindness, but fast loud music and great service. With two lanes, we’ll actually cover the lanes, let cars pull up, and we’ll come to you. So, we actually come to you no matter where you are, take your order, take care of you, and try to get you out as fast as possible,.” Tom Jones, the vice president of operations at 7 Brew told Action 8 News.

As part of the grand opening, 7 Brew donated $1,000 to Children’s of Alabama, which is the children’s hospital in Birmingham.
