Auburn extends Butch Thompson’s contract through 2031
After helping lead the Tigers back to the super regionals for the first time since 2022, and host for the first time in program history, Auburn University has chosen to extend head coach Butch Thompson’s contract.
Action 8 confirmed with the University that Thompson’s contract was extended through the year 2031.
Thompson has served as the head coach of the Tigers since 2015.
