ACTION 8 UPDATE: Montgomery police release locations of two shootings that left three people injured
ACTION 8 UPDATE: Montgomery police have now released the locations of two shootings that happened early yesterday morning that left three people injured.
In both shootings, police were called to a hospital where the victims were already receiving treatment.
Police say the first shooting happened shortly after 1AM when a man arrived at the hospital with a life-threatening gunshot wound. Today, police told Action 8 News that the shooting happened in the 3600 block of Elmdale Road, which is just off of Perry Hill Road.
Then just before 6:30AM, a man and a woman who had been shot went to a hospital for treatment. Police said the man’s injury was not life-threatening, but the woman suffered a life-threatening wound. Police tell Action 8 News that this shooting happened in the area of E. Fifth Street. That street runs from Mulberry Street to around Ann Street.
