Greenville Mayor Dexter McLendon speaks out ahead of mayoral race against three opponents

In just under a week many municipalities in the river region will face off with local elections. Within those elections Greenville is one to watch as incumbent Mayor Dexter McLendon faces off against three opponents, one of which is a current Greenville city council member.

Those opposing Mayor McLendon are:  Kenneth Crum, Local Business Owner Craig Waller and City Council Member Jae’Ques Brown.  Each candidate hoping to continue to push Greenville into a future that is bright for citizens.

Greenville residents will cast their votes on August 26th at a new centralized voting location:

From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
