“Hog Days of Summer” brings barbecue, music to downtown Montgomery

Barbecue and music lovers flocked to downtown Montgomery this weekend for the 8th Annual Hog Days of Summer.

The annual event, hosted by the Druids Charity Club, kicked off Saturday at the Union Station Train Shed.

The money raised goes toward pediatric cancer research and to several non-profits in our area.

This year’s music lineup included Neal Francis, Brent Cobb and many others.

In addition to music and barbecue, there was a kids zone that featured inflatables, arts and crafts, and games.
