Baskin-Robbins to open ice cream parlor in Wetumpka

Action 8 News is covering Elmore County, where another new business is coming to Wetumpka.

The national ice cream chain Baskin-Robbins will be coming to the new River Town Center, which will be the first in the tri-county area.

River Town Center is across from the Wetumpka Sports Complex on Highway 14 on the west side of town.

Other businesses coming to the new center include GOAT Bar and Grill, NexGen Fun Park and Guthrie’s.

An opening date for Baskin-Robbins isn’t yet known.
