Man arrested in shots fired incident in Montgomery
Montgomery police say a man is in custody in connection to a shots fired incident downtown.
Cpl. James Dozier tells Action 8 News that around 10:00 p.m. Friday, officers responded to the 1000 block of Madison Avenue after receiving a call that shots had been fired. That area is near the Cramton Bowl.
Once they arrived, they took the unidentified male suspect, who was in possession of a firearm, into custody.
There are no reports of injuries or property damage in the area.
The case remains under investigation.
