ACTION 8 UPDATE: Police release name of man killed in Montgomery shooting
ACTION 8 UPDATE: Montgomery police have now released the name of the man who was shot and killed yesterday.
The shooting happened at around 2:11AM in the 2200 block of East South Boulevard. That area is near Woodley Road.
Once officers arrived, they found an adult male victim with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police have identified him as 20-year-old Kendal Foy of Montgomery.
He is the 46th homicide victim of the year in the city.
A homicide investigation has been launched into his death. Police ask anyone with any information related to this investigation to contact CrimeStoppers at (334) 215-STOP.
