Man shot on Woodley Road in Montgomery

Montgomery police are investigating a shooting that left a man injured.

Montgomery police Lt. Tina McGriff told Action 8 News the shooting happened at about 2:16PM today in the 3600 block of Woodley Road, which is south of the bypass.

McGriff says officers found a man who suffered what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries. He was taken to a hospital for treatment.

No other information has been released.
