Montgomery man arrested for enticing a child for immoral purposes

Montgomery police have arrested a man for enticing a child for immoral purposes.
According to court documents, it happened around 6:00 p.m. on August 29 just off Atlanta Highway.
Records say 46-year-old Nikki Miller persuaded a 12-year-old boy to enter his vehicle. According to those same documents, Miller told the child he was a DHR worker and asked him if he wanted a ride to the gas station.
It is not clear in the court documents whether the sexual abuse occurred.
Miller is charged with Enticing a Child for Immoral Purposes and is currently in the Montgomery County Detention Facility on a $10,000 bond.
