Auburn police say they’ve arrested an Opelika man on sex-related charges.

Police say they arrested 66-year-old Brian Scott Kingsley, charging him with two counts of sodomy first degree and one count of sexual abuse first degree.

Police say they got a report of a sexual assault on Tuesday, September 16. Officers say they met with a victim who reported that an acquaintance subjected the victim to multiple acts of sexual assault in August.

Police say the incidents happened at a location in the 100 block of South Gay Street.

Kingsley was taken to the Lee County Jail and held without bond pending further judicial review.
