Warm, breezy, some clouds, afternoon/evening showers Sunday
Saturday was another warm and breezy day. Just like Friday, the sky was partly to mostly cloudy, but our area remained dry. Saturday night remains dry with a partly to mostly cloudy sky, and an east wind of 5 to 10 mph with lows in the upper 60s. Sunday looks mostly cloudy, warm and breezy. However, showers also finally appear possible during the afternoon and evening.
Although, rain coverage remains somewhat spotty, rather than widespread and heavy, which would help alleviate ongoing drought conditions. Otherwise, high temperatures range from the low to mid 80s. Rain chances continue into next week, with scattered showers Monday through Wednesday. Otherwise, the sky likely remains partly to mostly cloudy each day with high temperatures in the mid 80s.
Our area trends drier and possibly cooler late next week into next weekend. At best, only stray showers appear possible Thursday and Friday. High temperatures could be in the upper 80s Thursday, but only mid 80s Friday. Next weekend may remain slight cooler too, with high temperatures in the mid 80s and lows in the low 60s. Otherwise, the sky may remain partly to mostly sunny Saturday and Sunday.
