Easterseals Central Alabama holds annual golf tournament fundraiser

Easterseals Central Alabama has held its 6th annual Eagles for Easterseals Golf Tournament at Arrowhead Country Club in Montgomery.

Easterseals has been in the community since 1961, serving both children and adults with disabilities.

This morning, about 90 golfers comprising 23 teams hit the links

Easterseals Central Alabama Executive Director Debbie Lynn says a lot of these golfers have played in this tournament since the very beginning and have been consistent supporters.

“Today’s golf tournament is going to benefit the 11 programs that we offer, including speech therapy, pediatric occupational therapy, you know we are leading provider for children with autism and developmental delays and we also do vocational rehabilitation,” Lynn said.
