HD Hyundai Power Transformers USA has made a donation of $20,000 to the Montgomery Police Department.

This morning, several company leaders got to tour police headquarters with Police Chief James Graboys leading them.

HD Hyundai Power Transformers USA has been in operation since 2010 and has worked with the police and fire departments, the food bank and other groups to make the community better. The company has 450 employees and makes large power transformers.

“The money is going to be implemented helping us expand our operations and our technology, as you know, we are working very heavily on our drone programs and our camera programs, and we’re even working on some programs that will really help us target some of the criminal activity in mapping live in the city, so this is something that’s definitely going to go far towards helping us in our criminal operations,” Montgomery Police Chief James Graboys said.
