A Bit Chilly Early Thursday
Much cooler air is spilling into the state and you should notice a chill in the air over the next couple of mornings. We’re expecting lower to mid 40s for lows. The next rain opportunity will arrive late in the weekend into early next week.
In the meantime, A clear sky and calm wind will lead to temps dropping overnight. Temps will drop into the lower to mid 40s overnight. It will be a chilly start to Thursday but temps will recover nicely and we’re expecting upper 70s to lower 80s during the afternoon hours.
Friday will pretty much be a repeat of Thursday. We see another frontal system making a run at the state late in the upcoming weekend. This boundary should bring us our next opportunity for rain activity. It will be the beginning of a slightly more active weather pattern that we ease into next week.
The long range outlook for Halloween Friday is looking mainly clear and cool. We should be on the backside of any rain activity. Another surge of cooler air will be flowing into the state setting the stage for cooler temperatures Halloween evening.
