“We’re just trying to expose them to the opportunities that’s out there,” said WCCS President Donitha Griffin.

Thirty local companies from a variety of local industries were represented at the event.

“We try to offer things here that will fit local industry and fit the needs that they have as far as employees that they need for their company,” said WCCS Demopolis Campus Director Blaine Hathcock.

“I think that’s good,” said Demopolis High School 11th grader Jamiya James.

“Because I think every student should explore their options and see all the different things, instead of being contained to only one type of career option.”
