8 ON YOUR SIDE CONSUMER ALERT: More than one million Toyota, Lexus and Subaru vehicles are being recalled over a backup camera issue.

Federal regulators say when a driver puts the vehicle in reverse, the camera could show a blank or frozen image, posing a crash risk.
