Two killed in Chilton County crash
Two people have been killed in a head-on crash in Chilton County.
Alabama State Troopers say the wreck happened at 5:35AM today on U.S. Highway 82, about two miles west of Maplesville.
Investigators say 20-year-old James Owens, Jr., of Tuscaloosa was driving a car that collided head-on with a pickup truck driven by 42-year-old Justin Carlee of Maplesville. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
