ACTION 8 UPDATE: Two arrests made in violent robbery in Montgomery
ACTION 8 UPDATE: Two arrests have been made in a violent robbery case in Montgomery.
As Action 8 News has reported, on Saturday, November 7, a robbery was reported in the 400 block of Clanton Avenue, which is just off of Norman Bridge Road.
Police say the suspect or suspects forcibly took several cell phones and seriously injured the victims before fleeing.
On Wednesday, November 12, Montgomery Police received a tip from CrimeStoppers that led to the location of the suspects at 1601 West Haven Lane. Montgomery Police Department patrol units responded and took both suspects into custody.
The suspects were identified as Clarence Posey and Dorothy Jean Tate. Both have been charged with two counts of first-degree robbery.
