More Spring-Like Warmth Ahead

We continue to see a warming trend sticking around and we could be nudging 80 degrees early next week.  The winter-like cold is long gone and we’re even starting out each morning a little milder. Rain is needed but our chances are slim over the next several days.

Over the weekend, temps start out in the mid to upper 40s and warm into the mid to upper 70s by the afternoon.  A mostly sunny sky and warmer southwesterly wind flow will support a warming trend that will continue into next week.

Several frontal systems will make a run at the state through the upcoming work week.  Moisture will be on the increase and we’re introducing the chance of rain Wednesday.  We expect rain chances to increase as a stronger frontal system works through the area later in the week.
