Very warm weather continues this week, rain chances return Friday
Some clouds returned to the sky Sunday, but by the afternoon, there was plenty of sunshine in the mix too. Temperatures were warm once again, with highs in the mid to upper 70s in most locations. However, Sunday night looks a bit cooler with lows in the mid 40s northeast to low 50s southwest. Very warm weather continues this week. Monday looks partly to mostly sunny with highs in the mid to upper 70s.
Tuesday through Thursday could be even warmer, with highs potentially in the low 80s. Overnight temperatures remain milder too, with lows in the mid 50s. Each day looks dry, with a partly to mostly sunny sky. Chances for rain finally return Friday, and may linger into next weekend. However, longer range models differ on rain coverage and how long the rain sticks around. Otherwise, temperatures may trend cooler, with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s next weekend.
