Action 8’s Magical Christmas Toy Drive: Hawthorne, Atchison & Riddle goes on shopping spree

Action 8’s Magical Christmas Toy Drive is underway, with Hawthorne, Atchison & Riddle going on a shopping spree to help fill up the toy vault.

Our Teresa Lawson and Julianna Reichenbach helped them shop for toys at the Walmart Supercenter on Chantilly Parkway.

“It is so important for us to give back because we’ve been blessed to be in a position to do things and it doesn’t hurt the firm and cost us a whole lot,” said Carshala Youse with Hawthorne, Atchison & Riddle. “I think it’s our duty to help little kids experience experience.”

In addition to their shopping spree in Montgomery, Hawthorne, Atchison & Riddle’s Selma office held their own shopping spree in West Alabama.

Casie Steward and Henley Barnes with the firm went on a spree to shop for the Salvation Army of Montgomery.

Action 8 has presented our Magical Christmas Toy Drive to benefit the Salvation Army of Montgomery for a dozen years. The toys that are collected will be distributed to registered families just in time for Christmas.

Once again this year, our Toy Vault is at the Shoppes at EastChase, to the left of Books-a-Million. In the weeks to come, that space will be filled with toys, thanks to our viewers and our sponsors.
