Ice skating returns to Montgomery Whitewater
It might be a little warm outside, but you can get into the holiday spirit at Montgomery Whitewater.
Ice skating has returned once again at the recreational facility.
The 5,000 square foot outdoor ice rink features real ice. You have the opportunity to skate now through February 16.
Other events at the facility include Wednesday Night Broomball, Burgers and Brews.
Broomball games will be played in a pick-up style format and are open to players of all skill levels. Montgomery Whitewater says it will provide players a helmet and all broomball equipment.
If broomball isn’t your thing, then how about lacing up your running shoes?
Montgomery Whitewater will once again host the Cousin Eddy’s 5K and the Moose Mug Mile on December 13.
If you’re interested in running and/or walking, then fire up the RV and grab your leisure suit because it’s time for a Griswold-level family fun.
The 5K starts at 9:00 a.m. with the Moose Mug Mile starting at 10:00 a.m.
