Christmas celebrated at Montgomery’s Eastbrook Village
Montgomery City and County leaders are helping to bring Christmas cheer at Eastbrook Village.
Last night, Montgomery City Council member Julie Turner Beard and Montgomery County Commissioner Justin Castanza, sponsored “Christmas at Eastbrook Village,” which is a shopping center on Coliseum Boulevard.
The celebration included a light reveal, ballet performances, caroling, an appearance by Santa Claus and discounts from stores and restaurants in the area.
“This is my Christmas,” Beard told Action 8 News. “This is just a lot of joy for me and brings back a lot of memories, and so I want them to leave tonight with their hearts full, their hearts full of passion.”
This is the second year the event has been held.
