Action 8’s Magical Christmas Toy Drive: John Ingram from Jack Ingram Motors
For a dozen years, Action 8 has presented our Magical Christmas Toy Drive to benefit the Salvation Army of Montgomery. One of our partners is Jack Ingram Motors, which has a special offer if you want to donate a toy.
From now through December 10, we are collecting new, unwrapped toys that will be distributed to registered families right here in our area.
Our Teresa Lawson spoke with John Ingram from Jack Ingram Motors about what the dealership is doing to give you an incentive to drop off a new toy.
“You can help out a kid for Christmas, and we can take care of you,” Ingram said. “Come in, drop off a toy, get your car washed, we’ll get it vacuumed and send it back to you. So you get your stuff as new as the toy you just dropped off.”
Once again this year, our Toy Vault is at the Shoppes at EastChase, to the left of Books-a-Million. In the weeks to come, that space will be filled with toys, thanks to our viewers and our sponsors.
