Man wanted on child sex-related charges in Prattville arrested in North Alabama

Prattville police have announced the arrest of a man wanted on various child sex-related charges.

Police say John Aubrey Grizzell was arrested in Attalla, near Gadsden, on outstanding warrants related to the production of child sexual abuse material, possession of child sexual abuse material and sexual abuse in the first degree.

After his arrest, police say Grizzell was taken to the Autauga County Metro Jail on a total of 32 charges with a total bond of
$1,110,000, with a cash-only stipulation.

Police say due to the sensitive nature of the investigation and for the protection of the victims in this case, no other information will be released.
