As most prepare to welcome 2026, a local family will be remembering a heartbreaking anniversary. Next year will mark 25 years since 11-year-old Shannon Paulk disappeared from her Prattville neighborhood.
While her body was later found, there are still so many questions about who killed her, and why.
Action 8 News wants to retell Shannon’s life story from the very beginning in the hopes that, after 25 years, the new year will bring the answers her family and investigators desperately want.
