Shannon Paulk: Beyond the Headlines Part 2
If you were around our area in 2001, you may still remember a young girl by the name of Shannon Paulk.
If you weren’t, you should know that this 11-year-old’s disappearance from her Prattville neighborhood brought countless people together to search and to pray.
Unfortunately, her body was discovered about two months after she vanished.
But even now, as we prepare to mark 25 years since this terrible mystery began, we still don’t know who killed her.
Action 8 News is reopening this case with what her family knows and what investigators want to know, in the hopes that 2026 will be the year that we finally get answers.
