Two people killed in Macon County house fire
Two people have been killed in a house fire in Macon County.
Macon County Sheriff Andre Brunson told Action 8 News the fire happened at a single-story home in the 1600 block of Macon County Road 46 this morning. He said investigators haven’t yet pinpointed the time the fire started because the house was already burned to the ground when firefighters arrived.
The names of the two people killed haven’t been released until family members can be notified, Brunson said.
