Clouds Thursday, showers Friday, another arctic blast this weekend

Clouds fill the sky Thursday afternoon, but our area remains dry and cool with high temperatures in the low 50s. Clouds may clear at least partially Friday night, with lows falling to near or slightly below freezing (32°). Friday looks mostly cloudy with at least isolated showers possible throughout the day. Temperatures remain cool, with highs near 50°. However, another arctic air invasion arrives Friday night.

Temperatures fall into the 20s Saturday morning, and may struggle to warm above 30° Saturday afternoon. Meanwhile, wind chill values fall below 20° Saturday morning, and may remain shy of 20° Saturday afternoon. Snow flurries appear possible Saturday morning amongst lingering cloud-cover, with no accumulation or impacts to roads. Clouds clear at least partially for the rest of the weekend.

Saturday night gets very cold, with temperatures falling below 20°, and wind chills approaching zero early Sunday morning. Sunday looks partly cloudy with high temperatures only near 40°. Sunday night looks very cold too, with lows in the low 20s. Temperatures trend milder next week. Monday and Tuesday look dry with sunshine. Temperatures warm into the low 50s Monday, and approach 60° Tuesday. Rain appears possible next Wednesday into Thursday.
