Alabama Kidney Foundation to kick off annual Kidney Walk & Celebration
The Alabama Kidney Foundation is getting ready to kick off its annual Kidney Walk & Celebration.
The 2026 kickoff will take place on Friday, February 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the RSA Activity Center on Dexter Avenue.
The honorary chairs for this year’s fundraiser are Will & Kelly Wilson, of Jim Wilson & Associates, and the honorary patient chair is Michael McCurry, the pastor of Unity Worship Center UCC.
The annual walk and celebration will take place on Saturday, May 2 at Riverwalk Stadium. The money raised helps provide essential services to local kidney patients in need.
