Montgomery nonprofit to hold annual fundraiser benefiting survivors of violence, sexual assault

A local nonprofit that helps survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault is getting ready for one of its annual fundraisers.

The Family Sunshine Center is holding its Ranch Roundup 2026: Cowboy Masquerade.

This year’s event will take place on Friday, February 20 at 6:00 p.m. at The Whippoorwill Venue in Matthews.

The Mardi Gras-inspired event will feature food, silent auction, a “bling cake,” and much more.

Action 8’s Abby Payne spoke with Amy Capps and “King Candidate” Bill Lacomb about this year’s event. You can watch that interview above.
