One man is dead after a single-vehicle crash in Barbour County

According to ALEA, the crash occurred on Barbour County 40, approximately 4 miles south of Eufaula, in Barbour County.

The crash happened around 3:00 a.m., Saturday, when 39-year-old Alex Moore, of Daleville, and the motorcycle he was driving went into a skid and laid down on its side.

Moore was thrown off the motorcycle during the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.

There in no further information as ALEA is investigating the cause of the crash.
