Pets of the Week: March 9
It’s the beginning of the week, which means it’s time to introduce the Montgomery Humane Society’s Pets of the Week.
This week we have Waffle and Bessie.
Waffle is a 1 and a half year old domestic shorthair cat. He is an extremely affectionate cat that loves being held and snuggled all day long. You do need to be warned that Waffle does have a slight obsession to eating bread (no matter the flavor).
Bessie is a 2 and a half year old Terrier-mix dog. She has had a hard life before being brought to the shelter. She has already delivered 2 litters of puppies and is malnourished from living on the streets, but is finally getting fattened up thanks to the shelter volunteers. Bessie is an extremely friendly dog who loves playing with toys and attempting to learn the Waltz.
Not only would Waffle and Bessie make great pets, they would also be amazing additions to your family.
