8 ON YOUR SIDE CONSUMER ALERT: Ford recalls more than 800,000 vehicles

Federal regulators say the problem is the rearview cameras, which don’t always show images correctly.

The recall involves 2021 through 2026 Ford Bronco SUVs and 2021 through 2024 Ford Edge models.

A software update should fix the problem.

This recall is in addition to a previous recall involving the rear-view cameras.
