City of Montgomery launches new way to pay traffic tickets and fines online
The City of Montgomery has launched “payMontgomery,” a new digital service that allows you to pay court obligations, including fines, fees and other penalties online without visiting the courthouse.
“payMontgomery gives residents a fast and convenient way to resolve court obligations from anywhere, at any time,” Dr. Kathleen Lampley, municipal court administrator, said. “The platform reduces time, travel, and paperwork and allows residents to handle these matters quickly and securely.”
The Municipal Court processes more than 2,800 misdemeanors, 78,000 red light camera violations and 12,000 traffic tickets each year. payMontgomery streamlines payment processing for both residents and court staff.
Residents can make payments now at pay.montgomeryal.gov.
