Homicide investigation launched after fatal shooting on McGehee Road in Montgomery

Montgomery police have launched a homicide investigation after a fatal shooting on McGehee Road.
Police say a man was shot and killed at about 12:40AM Monday, March 23, in the 3400 block of McGehee Road, which is near Governors Drive. He has been identified as 32-year-old Deanthony Scott.
No additional information has been released.
This is the seventh homicide of the year in Montgomery.
