Montgomery Public Schools getting ready for Kindergarten Kickoff
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – While the school year is slowly coming to an end, one local school system is getting ready for next year.
Montgomery Public Schools will be holding its Kindergarten Kickoff Week starting April 27 through May 1.
Kindergarten Kickoff allows students and parents to register, take a tour of the school and meet the teachers.
In addition, MPS will be holding its Summer Learning Academies.
The academies will geared towards grades K-5 and will take place starting June 1 and run through June 25 at most elementary sites.
