The YMCA of Greater Montgomery is kicking off summer with their Splash Bash!
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Help the YMCA of Greater Montgomery kick off the summer season with their Splash Bash!
Both YMCA members and non-members are invited out to this free event to enjoy music, games, food and, most importantly, the pools!
Organizers say it’s also a great way for guests to learn about water safety as more people prepare to hit the water to beat the heat. At each location, counselors with the YMCA will be provoding information to guests about their water saefety programs which are open to all ages.

Splash Bash will run Saturday, May 16 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at several YMCA branches throughout the Montgomery area.
