MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Crunch Fitness will soon be coming to EastChase in Montgomery.

It will be located in the former Renfroe’s Market grocery store space on EastChase Parkway that was originally built as a Bruno’s grocery store in the early 2000s. Renfroe’s closed its location earlier this year.

Crunch Fitness already has a location in Montgomery, in the former Best Buy on Eastern Boulevard. It also has a location in Auburn, as well as elsewhere in Alabama.

The company started in New York City in 1989 and has more than 400 locations nationwide.

It hasn’t announced an opening date for its EastChase location.
