Bicyclist killed after being hit by car in Dallas County
DALLAS COUNTY, Ala. (WAKA) – Alabama State Troopers say a bicyclist has been hit and killed by a car in Dallas County.
State troopers say 61-year-old Johnny Brown of Selma was riding the bicycle, when he was struck by a car driven by 60-year-old Walter Bell of Jones.
Brown was taken to Vaughan Regional Medical Center in Selma where he was pronounced dead.
The accident happened at about 4AM today on Alabama Highway 14, about two miles west of Selma.
