Toys “R” Us makes return to Alabama
FOLEY, Ala. (WAKA) – An iconic toy store has made its way back to Alabama.
Tanger Outlets in Foley announced on social media Tuesday that the location is now open in the shopping destination.
The popular children’s toy store is located between the Old Navy Outlet and Torrid.
The toy store closed its nearly 200 locations nationwide after filing for bankruptcy in 2018.
Since then, the company has restructured opening smaller locations versus the stand alone stores that it was once known for.
The new location joins over 100 other retailers in the shopping center.
