The Summer Heat Is On The Rise Again!

Our summer heat and humidity are about to crank up again!  We’re facing another stretch of 90+ degree temps with heat indices reaching 100 to 104.  Rain chances will be slim through the hot and humid period.

In the meantime,  a broken line of showers and t-storms will work through the area this evening.  We expect a brief gust of wind along with a heavy downpour for some.  The overnight period is looking mostly cloudy with temps falling into the lower 70s for lows.

Thursday and Friday will look similar with a partly to mostly sunny sky.  There will be scattered showers and t-storms possible both days. Temps will manage to reach the upper 80s to lower 90s for highs.

The upcoming weekend is setting up to be rather hot and humid with little if any rainfall potential.  Temps will manage to reach the lower to mid 90s for highs.  You factor in the humidity and it will feel more like 100 to 102.   The established hot and humid weather pattern will continue into the following work week.
