Man seriously hurt in Montgomery shooting

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – A man has been seriously hurt in a shooting in Montgomery.
Montgomery police Lt. Tina McGriff told Action 8 News that the shooting happened at about 10:12 this morning. Officers and fire medics were called to the 2800 block of North Colonial Drive, which is just off Fisk Road.
McGriff says the man who was shot suffered life-threatening injuries. He was taken to a hospital.
No other information has been released.
