Woman shot on Dalraida Road in Montgomery

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Montgomery police are investigating a shooting on Dalraida Road in Montgomery that left a woman injured.

Montgomery police Lt. J. Scott Dunn told Action 8 News that the shooting happened just before 2:30 this morning. Officers found the woman in the 1300 block of Dalraida Road, which is between Beardsley Drive and the railroad tracks. He says the woman’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Dunn says no further details regarding suspects or a motive are available at this time.
