Healthy Connections to host annual health and wellness expo
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – A Montgomery organization wants to make sure you are on the right track for healthy living.
Healthy Connections is hosting its 21st Annual Relay for Health & Wellness on Saturday, August 8 at 8:00 a.m. at Freewill Missionary Baptist Church on Hill Street in Montgomery.
Organizers say the expo will focus on awareness, education, resources and activities focusing on mental wellness for all ages.
In addition, the Montgomery Cancer Center will be on-hand to provide various cancer screenings.
