Two-A-Days High School Football Previews: Blackwell ready to get second stint at Catholic officially underway
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA)-
The Montgomery Catholic Knights are excited to get the 2026-27 football season started under the direction of their new head coach, Aubrey Blackwell. And while Blackwell might be “new” for these players, he certainly is not new to Catholic.
Blackwell’s first stint with the Knights was 2015-2020; he now returns and is pleased to be back where he calls home.
Catholic gets its season underway on Friday, August 21st, on the road at Eufaula.
