Alexander City police seeking murder suspect
ALEXANDER CITY, Ala. (WAKA) – Alexander City police need your help finding a fugitive wanted for murder.
Police want to find 26-year-old Laderrion Rodrigas Benjamin, also known as “Benji.”
Benjamin is wanted in a murder that happened on Monday, August 24. Police were called to a shooting in the 1200 block of J Street. That’s where they found Marcus Deshawn Freeman lying in the grass. He was pronounced dead at Russell Medical Center.
Benjamin was last known to have been in the Talladega County or Sylacauga areas.
