Rally to commemorate the Voting Rights Movement now underway in Selma
SELMA, Ala. (WAKA) – A four-day event in Selma is looking to bring history, culture and community for the entire family.
The Selma Freedom Ride Rally starts Thursday and runs through Sunday. The rally helps commemorate the legacy of the Voting Rights Movement.
The rally features live performances, a car show, food tastings, a movie in the park and ends on Sunday with a motorcycle ride to Montgomery.
